After your meal
Take one Bre·Set tablet from the tin. No water needed — just open and place. The compact tin is designed to go everywhere you do.

Place on your tongue
Rest the tablet on the centre of your tongue. Resist the urge to chew — the slow dissolve is part of how the actives work. It lets the herbal compounds spread across your oral cavity naturally.
